Brief Description / Introduction

Mr. Auqil Ali Shah is one of the earliest members of Ali & Associates. He joined the firm as an associate at its inception in 1972. He is the son of the founder of the firm Mr. Talib Ali Shah. After the death of his father, Mr. Aukil continued his legacy by working his way to becoming a senior partner at the firm. His hard work, dedication, and understanding of the world of I.P. law combined with a long career in the industry has made him an exceptional role model who is admired by IP practitioners all across the region.

  • Represented Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) as a delegate at the 1st session of the assembly of the standing committee on “the law of Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indicators” at World Intellectual Property Organizations (WIPO) headquarters in Geneva. 1998
