Ali & Associates takes pride in advising its clients on new developments in IP protection and addressing their business needs. In this regard, we are aware that many of our valued clients have queries on IP and corporate/commercial issues for doing business in the U.S. In order to address these queries and to provide an overview of American Laws, we have arranged a workshop in collaboration with Pakistan American Cultural Center (PACC) with our US associate Mr. Harold L. Novick, who visited Pakistan.
Mr. Novick is a well-known attorney in the United States who has worked in a wide variety of legal practise areas over the course of his more than 40 years of experience, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property law, company formation, and other commercial issues. Additionally, he teaches law part-time at a local university.
Mr. Novick’s visited Pakistan on our special invitation to help our valuable clients having legal issues in the US by conducting a workshop and Q & A session for our privileged clients.
On this occasion, Mr. Karimullah Adeni, Managing Partner at Ali & Associates, and Mr. Ali Kabir Shah, Partner at Ali & Associates, also brief the audience about the significance of protecting intellectual property.
The guest of honour was Mr. Miftah Ismail, who had previously served as Finance Minister and Chairman of the Board of Investment (BOI).
