KARACHI: Kimistin Justin, Senior Patent Attorney, and Javeriya Fatima, Patent Attorney from Ali & Associates participated in an interactive session on the intricacies of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) System, co-organized by the Intellectual Property Organization (IPO)-Pakistan, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the Japan Patent Office (JPO).
Kim Taegeun, Senior Program Officer, from WIPO’s PCT International Cooperation Division, led the engaging discussion, where the participants exchanged valuable ideas and insights on the PCT System. Various members from Pakistan's legal community also attended the event.
