ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: April 26 is celebrated as World Intellectual Property Day across the world to promote the role of Intellectual Property in our daily lives.
To celebrate this day, IPO-Pakistan organized an event on “Digital Creativity: Culture Reimagined”, this year’s theme in collaboration with the Embassy of the United States of America, Islamabad at Serena Hotel, Islamabad to support the creative industry like Films, TV, music, books, art, video-games with a special focus to promote the role of creative industry in the digital environment and its impact on our culture in global prospective.
The event was addressed by EU Delegate, Chairman IPO Pakistan, Mr. Aijaz Gul (Actor/producer) and Mr. Haroon Rashid (singer). A documentary movie by Mr. Omer A. Sheikh (CEO, COMP) on “Revolution by Film Industry” was also shown on this occasion.
