LAHORE: Ali & Associates conducted a training session on Intellectual Property for the Collectorate of Customs Lahore. The seminar focused on developing a deeper understanding of Intellectual Property (IP) and its enforcement (IPRE), especially in relation to imported and exported commodities.
Our legal experts also highlighted the relevant IP legislation, and the methods for creating better distinctions between counterfeit, infringement, and parallel Imports. The training session was attended by Director Customs IPR, Additional Director Customs, and Examiners.
